Hamburg’s Dom is the biggest public festival in the north of Germany. Three times a year you can experience fun, nostalgia and thrills.

Hamburg's Dom offers colourful booths, nostalgic carousels and high-tech-rides. Both Hamburg’s citizens and its visitors can have a wonderful time walking the three kilometer long Dom with its many exciting sights.
Romantics will love the old horse carousels. Those who love illusions will be enchanted by good old show booths. Fans of speed will find excitement and thrills in modern high-tech-rides. Besides all these attractions you will also find delicious foods in all variations from small snacks to classy menus.

Opening hours:

Monday to Thursday: 3 P.M. to 23:00 P.M. (the Summer-Dom goes until 00:30 A.M.)
Friday to Saturday: 3 P.M. to midnight
Sunday: 2 P.M. to 11 P.M.

A grand display of fireworks

A very special attraction are the fireworks that you can enjoy every Friday evening at 11:30 P.M. above the Heiligengeistfeld.

Wednesday is family day

At the Spring-Dom there will be sweet suprises from the Easter bunny for the little visitors. Further attractions will be clowns, acrobats, jugglers, fire-eaters and artists who form balloons into all possible animals. Kids eyes will start shining when they see all the make-up only meant for them. 

Drive twice with the HVV (public transport services)

The showmen at Hamburg’s Dom are offering a special advantage: Leave your car at home, buy a day or a group ticket and travel by HVV bus or train to Hamburg’s Dom.

- If you take part in any attraction at Hamburg’s Dom you only have to pay once and the person you are there with can go with you for free.

- Per ticket you can use this offer twice.

S-Bahn: (S-Bahn): S1 (the green line), S3 (the violet line) Reeperbahn

Various Busses: (bus line 9) Station Feldstraße / (bus line 112, 36 and 37) Station St. Pauli

Advice for drivers: Around the area of the Heiligengeistfeld, where Hamburg’s Dom takes place, there are only few parking areas. All of the parking areas are managed by private companies which leads to extensive pricing.
